We give you a short list of TOURIST PLACES AND RECOMMENDED POINTS OF INTEREST for your first days in the City of Buenos Aires:

«PORTEÑOS» NEIGHBOURHOODSTO WALK AND SEE:

San Telmo neighborhood. Bars and restaurants. Tango show in the street, on Plaza Dorrego. On Sunday there is Artisan Fair.

Paseo de La Boca – Port Neighborhood – Caminito Street, local Tango promenade.

Puerto Madero (expensive neighborhood) in front of the Rio de la Plata. Walks, shops, restaurants and bars.

Microcenter: Florida Street and Lavalle Street (Tourist Pedestrian)

Serrano Square, Honduras and Serrano Street. Neighborhood of Bars, Pizzerias, Restó, Crafts Fairs. Design and Fashion District.

Plaza Francia, Avenida del Libertador 1400 in Barrio «La Recoleta». Sculpture «Mechanical Flower» (or Generic Florealis).

Places to visit:

«Cafe Tortoni». Avenida de Mayo 825. Featured bar in the city of Buenos Aires and its history.

Library «The Athenaeum.» One of the largest in the world. 1860 Santa Fe Avenue.

“Teatro Colon”, Calle Cerrito 628. “The most beautiful in the world” according to Placido Domingo.

General San Martin Theater.

Kirchner Cultural Center (CCK). Sarmiento 151. Near Puerto Madero. Film Shows, Photo Shows, Music, etc.
